HOUSE
Built on a solid shallow foundation with blocks set about 1.5 m deep, the house combines timber, brick, and lightweight block construction. Wooden intermediate floors ensure warmth and durability. The air-to-water heat pump provides efficient underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs. A beautiful fireplace distributes heat to both the living room and the upstairs master bedroom.
The property is connected to a central water system shared by the local community well. Two water meters separate domestic and outdoor water use. Rainwater is directed into the village drainage system, keeping the yard dry all year round.
The flooring throughout the living areas and kitchen is high-quality oak parquet, while the sauna, bathrooms, and WC are tiled. The walls feature light colours with subtle decorative wallpaper accents.
